We fell in love with this house as soon as we saw it. It's hard to tell from this picture but it has a large yard which slopes down to a stream in the back and has LOTS of trees! The house was built in 1984 and has been totally redone inside by the couple that we bought it from. It has 3 bedrooms which are all really big, 2.5 baths with a jacuzzi tub in the master bath.

There's a concrete patio and a wood deck in the back and most of the windows look onto the trees. In the spring and summer, you can't see any other houses around. The neighborhood is really cute - about 70 houses and it's right across the street from the reservoir and just down the street from the Indianapolis yacht club. The couple we bought it from have two labradors and will give us the name of their breeder so we can get a dog.
